LOCKE, Michael Eugene age 62 of Washington Twp. passed away Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2007. He was sales manager for Bath Fitters Inc. Survived by his wife Gretchen, daughters Angela (Paul) Frankmann & Melissa (Scott) Quilty, son Mark (Karen) Locke, sister Pat (Ron) Muterspaw, brother Jerry (Sarah) Locke & grandchildren Allison, Justin, Kirstin, Samatha, Emma, Josh, Carolyn, Abby & Ben. Family will receive friends Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007 from 10 AM until time of memorial services at 11 AM at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 7001 Far Hills Ave. Pastor Sue Hamilton officiating. In lieu of flowers contribution may be made to the Dayton Area Heart Association. Schlientz & Moore Funeral Home in care of arrangements.

Having been in Gretchen's position, I recommend everyone do this. It was so comforting reading messages in the guest book when Al died. People I hadn't heard from for years, even people I didn't know but who knew Al, left such comforting messages. It really meant a lot to me, and I think Gretchen and the rest of the family would appreciate hearing from Mike's old friends.
